1. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before delivery by emailing info@jshousehold.com
with your order number. If the item has already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery or return it for a refund. Bank charges may apply, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you return the product due to change of mind, the cost of return or re-collection may apply. Exchanges require a valid receipt.
3. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case. You must inform us of the defect within two (2) months of noticing it and provide a copy of the original invoice.
4. How is delivery handled, and are there any charges?
Deliveries are free for online orders over €50. Charges apply for lower amounts and for deliveries above the first floor, especially where a lifter is needed. Delivery days are Monday to Friday in Malta, with limited availability on Saturdays and monthly deliveries to Gozo.
5. What happens if my login details for the website are compromised?
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. JS Household is not liable for unauthorized access unless it results from our negligence. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
